Principal Power Module Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
- Drive and design the quality management strategies
- Represent the Quality Management for Power Modules within the development team
- Correlate the failure mechanisms on power modules
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing quality reports and presentations
- Manage failure analysis requests, coordinate cross-functional teams

Requirements
- PhD or master’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in semiconductor physics as well as in semiconductor applications, preferably in the SiC / GaN domain
- Knowledge of international quality standards and policies e.g. AEC-Q101, AQG 324
- Familiar with measurement methods and equipment as well as device testing environments
