We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Line Management (PLM) Assistant (Intern) to join our team specializing in Single and Hub Reduction Axles for Europe and the Rest of the World (RoW). We are based in Cameri (NO).
The role provides hands‑on experience in product strategy, cross‑functional coordination, and commercial/technical activities for a global automotive company.
This internship is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn how product strategy and product development work in a real‑world industrial environment.
We offer a 6 month internship. The job is fully onsite (no smart-working available).
Qualifications
- Education: Preference for recent graduates or students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering Management (Ingegneria gestionale, L9 – LM31).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; multi‑cultural communication skills are highly valued.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Good analytical skills with exposure to Excel, PowerBI, data handling, or AI tools.
- Core Competencies:
Strong curiosity for the automotive/commercial vehicle sector, attention to detail, and a structured mindset.
- Collaboration: Ability to work proactively and collaboratively across diverse, international teams.
