The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.What you will doAs IT Business Analyst Order to Cash (OTC), you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) toward all the Functions that have a stake in the Order to Cash related processes (sales, supply chain, finance), supporting them in defining their needs, while collaborating with all the different IT technical partners (internal/external) to deliver the most efficient digital solution to the businessKey Responsibilities:Work with the Company organizations (or functions) to help them improve their processes and systems with the aim of helping the company solve existing business problems and/or better achieve their goals.Be the first IT point of reference for the Business Units for all processes in its area,



in collaboration with the other IT functions, across the entire architecture. Owns the functional OTC/OTD solutioning on SAP landscapeContribute to the design, development, and delivery of new solutions and to enhance the existing onesConduct monitoring analyses of the Sales processes to identify improvement opportunities.responsible for collecting and analyzing the Business Requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the development teamsCollect BU requirements and addresses solutioning phase, granting the deliverables meets the expectations in terms of functionalityMonitor development activities, acts as a facilitator in resolving blocks or problems. Within a project, manage and lead specific tasks or stream by collecting the requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress by tracking activity.Support users in project activities as well as testing new functiona
