The company is a long-standing partner of European space institutions, delivering solutions that ensure service continuity, monitoring, and quality for critical space are looking for a motivated IT Service Management Support Engineer with 2–3+ years of experience in operational IT or service management, with solid knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools, eager to grow within a structured, international,



and hands-on environment.For this role, relocation to Rome is mandatory for candidates living far from the area.A B2 level of English is required due to daily interactions with ESA teams and international stakeholders.YOUR TASKSConfiguration ManagementMaintain and update service baselines, infrastructure, and configuration items after changes and support audits for consistency.Identify deviations from standards and report anomalies.Incident & Problem ManagementLog, classify, and track incidents; ensure timely resolution within SLAs.Communicate status and escalate critical issues.Assist in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements.Maintain knowledge base and known error records.Documentation & ReportingPrepare operational reports on incidents, SLA performance, problems, and trends.Keep service documentation accurate and support reporting across teams.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPER
