The company is a long-standing partner of space agencies and institutions, with deep expertise in IT systems, operations, and engineering support for ground segment infrastructures.We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer who is eager to start or strengthen their career in a dynamic, international environment.You will join our client’s high-performing IT department,



ensuring the functionality, performance, and support of end-user IT services.A B2 level of English is required.YOUR TASKSProvide 2nd and 3rd line support for end-user devices, workstations, printers, video conferencing tools, and office IT equipment (on-site and remote).Manage incidents and service requests from start to resolution, including ticket tracking and escalation when needed.Coordinate with internal SMEs and third-party vendors for timely issue resolution and equipment procurement.Assist with Asset Lifecycle Management: procurement, tracking, inspection, deployment, inventory, and disposal of EOL items.Prepare and deploy laptops, mobile devices, tablets, peripherals, and video conferencing tools.Contribute to IT projects through support during design, implementation, and early operational phases.Document solutions and update internal knowledge databases to promote long-term issue resoluti
