Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a Manufacturing Process Associate to support the daily organization and coordination of shop floor activities at the Sesto Fiorentino site. The role focuses on efficient, compliant production execution and continuous improvement within Manufacturing Operations.
You will collaborate with Planning, Production Supervisors, Process and Technical Teams to align production plans with priorities, drive targets, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
