- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post ;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in coordination roles within financial management, workforce management and project management in a customer-funded environment ;
- Proven experience in planning, preparation, execution, and reporting related to financial management, workforce management, and project management activities.

Duties/role:
- Supporting coordination and facilitating data collection for Business Intake-related processes, including the annual Demand Forecast exercise and Customer Request Forms (CRFs) with local stakeholders and leadership ;
- Facilitating and supporting managers and teams in resourcing and recruitment activities, including onboarding ;
- Providing administrative support to teams and meetings, following up on action items as needed.
