The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of a broad portfolio of Stryker medical technologies, ensuring our customers receive timely and high-quality service.

A key aspect of this position is the ability to independently plan and manage your service schedule across your territory. You will take full ownership of organising customer visits, balancing preventive maintenance, repairs, installations,



and administrative activities while adapting to customer needs and priorities.

The territory covers mainly, but not exclusively, Tuscany, Emilia‑Romagna, and Sardinia, with regular travel throughout the region. It also requires participation in international training abroad, when needed. Candidates based in Florence (preferred) or Bologna are strongly encouraged to apply.

Service Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and calibration of Stryker electronic and mechanical equipment.
- Install new systems and support software and hardware upgrades.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers where required.
