Etinars is seeking a proactive Service Desk Operator for their client in Rome, supporting operational services in Space Programmes. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage user requests through ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will have strong English skills, as interactions and documentation are conducted in English. Relocation to Rome is mandatory for candidates living far from the area.
The contract is fixed-term, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
