As Department Manager at Saint Laurent, you lead a department to achieve sales and qualitative targets while representing the brand. You recruit, develop and retain customers, and drive brand engagement in-store. You coach and motivate the team, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain a premium store environment aligned with the brand image.
