The Role
As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients across multiple industries in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence.
You will combine business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies to translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives, shaping AI adoption pathways that deliver measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. In addition, you will maintain a strong awareness of industry trends,



market dynamics, competitive movements, and technological advancements. This perspective will allow you to provide proactive insights and strategic recommendations, helping organizations anticipate change and capitalize on new opportunities enabled by AI and data‐driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and define AI‐driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across multiple industries
Translate complex business needs into AI‐enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps
Analyze emerging AI trends and market developments to generate actionable insights
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support the design and execution of AI‐driven transformation initiatives
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and adoption
