You'll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you'll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship-building, and relentless follow-through.
This is a high-performance sales role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it.
Drive Sales: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high-converting, long-term sales pipeline
Drive a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — you're comfortable being direct and persuasive
Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience
Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken)
You've lived, studied, or worked abroad — you get what we sell because you've lived it (a plus)
