Experteer Overview As Corporate Development Manager at We Road, you own the end-to-end M&A; engine to drive inorganic growth. You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, CFO, and CBO to source targets, build investment theses, model valuations, negotiate terms, and lead post-merger integration. This builder role shapes We Road's international expansion and strategic partnerships, turning complex deals into integrated, value-creating outcomes. You'll operate in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with cross-functional teams and a focus on scalable playbooks. Retribuzione / Benefits Pipeline and sourcing across priority markets to build a proprietary deal flow Develop deal theses including TAM, strategic fit, synergies, and brand alignment Create and test valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) and define deal structures and price ranges Lead term sheets, structuring and negotiations, including founder retention Conduct financial, legal, tax,



commercial and tech due diligence with internal and external stakeholders Own the post-merger integration plan (brand migration, community merge, operations consolidation) Build the M&A; playbook and governance cadence for the deal process Lead strategic partnerships to accelerate international entry and topline growth Responsabilità 3–7 years in M&A;, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or deal-heavy strategy Led deals end-to-end and closed transactions from thesis to integration Strong valuation and financial modelling skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) Commercially sharp with ability to identify synergies and assess business models Thoughtful about integration and post-close value creation AI-native or AI-embedded profile for tech/process integrations Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and a lean setup Excellent stakeholder skills with founders, advisors, CEO and Board Fluent English; additional European languages a plus Willing to travel for sourcing, diligence and integra
