Role Description The Radiology Manager is an on‐site role based in Rome, periodic e non continuous freelance services, responsible for overseeing daily operations within the imaging center. This includes coordinating imaging services, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow for radiologic technologists and other team members.



The Radiology Manager collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration to optimize service delivery, monitor performance indicators, and support departmental budgeting and resource planning. The role also includes mentoring staff, organizing training, and promoting compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and infection control requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in radiologic disciplines Foundation in Medicine relevant to diagnostic imaging, with an understanding of clinical workflows Organizational, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse teams and support a culture of inclusion and patient‐centered care.
