Vishay Italy is currently seeking a Market Development Manager Power Modules. Join our Market Development team to help shape the future of Power Modules worldwide. You'll lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans that strengthen product positioning and meet evolving application needs. You'll collaborate with a global customer base, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of industry trends and deliver real impact across international markets.

Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is a site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently working in Borgaro Torinese, Italy. The number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.
Responsibilities
Support the definition and execution of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the Product Marketing team.
Manage activities for specific markets and product lines to strengthen product positioning and meet application requirements.
Identify, analyze, and quantify market opportunities; monitor competitor activity and customer needs.
Develop business strategies, structures, and processes to penetrate existing or emerging markets.
Evaluate opportunities for products in new markets, applications, sales channels, or customer segments.
