Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Agent at Sheraton Lake Como in Como, Italy. The Front Office Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries, assisting with reservations,



and providing exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience. The role also includes supporting front office operations and collaborating with other departments as needed.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, Check-in processes, and general Front Office operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on creating a welcoming and customer-centric environment
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of multiple languages, particularly Italian and English, is a strong plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar position is beneficial
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills are an advantage
