In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end material planning and inventory management, playing a key role in ensuring production continuity and operational performance. You will actively contribute to balancing service level and stock optimization, supporting decision-making across the supply chain. This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and the opportunity to contribute to key operational improvements.
The work model for the role is: LI-Hybrid
Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERP platforms.
Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.




You will join a dynamic and high-performing team, where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of material planning activities and directly impact production performance and supply chain efficiency.
Education: You have a high school diploma combined with extensive hands-on experience in material planning, supply chain, and operations. Practical experience in managing planning processes and optimizing inventory is considered a key strength. A degree in Management Engineering or Supply Chain would be considered a plus.
Languages: Ability to communicate fluently in both Italian and English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting) and PowerPoint; SAP) is a strong plus.
