The Brand Insights Manager has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high-service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, the Brand Insights Manager will build and own customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner for our customers to provide data driven recommendations and support their initiatives to drive their marketing and communication strategy.
Understand customers' marketing and communication goals to precisely scope their needs and priorities in terms of strategy and measurement.
Be accountable for its customers portfolio, report on customer accounts’ health and join regular account reviews with clients to ensure regular communication around priorities, reporting, data, needs, and ultimately ensure renewals.
Ensure that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews, reports, and risk are added to Salesforce and are kept up-to-date regularly.
Make sure to deliver customers’ reports & analysis on time,

responsible for customers training and proactively communicate on product improvements, data update, etc.
Collect customer needs and share feedback around new KPIs and measurement analyses to internal teams, piloting new developments alongside customers.
Nurture them through handover to the sales team, and support the pre-sales process as a data and consulting expert.
Be an expert on platform functions and data to become a strategic advisor for clients, continuously driving value and ROI- connecting their goals to outcomes and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customer teams.
Identify trends and patterns in datasets to build detailed and insightful reports, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analyses to make recommendations around brand performance.
Present actionable reports to customers, acting as a thought leader to make recommendations around their brand performance.
