MEP / CSA Quantity Surveyor Location: Milan, Italy Salary: Up to €75k + rotation package This leading engineering and construction specialist has established itself as one of Europe's most respected contractors within the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, and Mission Critical sectors. Delivering complex turnkey projects across Europe, the business has built a reputation for successfully delivering some of the region's largest and most technically challenging developments Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of hyperscale data centre projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP / CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading contractor working on a flagship hyperscale development while benefiting from long-term career progression and exposure to some of Europe's most prestigious mission‐critical projects Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project.



You will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP and/or CSA packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Directors, Commercial Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives, providing commercial support and helping drive project profitability Key Responsibilities Manage MEP and/or CSA subcontract packages from procurement through to final account Prepare tender packages, analyse subcontractor returns, and support procurement strategies Negotiate subcontract agreements and attend pre‐award meetings Manage subcontractor payments, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial updates Support project budgeting and cost control activities Prepare and submit client valu
