Overview In this role you will oversee indirect procurement for architecture, interior design, and visual merchandising, translating internal requirements into effective sourcing and purchasing solutions. You will lead end‐to‐end procurement activities, from market scouting to supplier selection and contracting, ensuring continuity of service and cost efficiency. You collaborate with stakeholders to tailor procurement approaches, manage supplier relationships, and ensure governance and quality across categories. This opportunity offers impact through shaping procurement in design‐focused indirect spend within a fast‐paced, matrix organization. Benefits Act as the procurement reference point for assigned indirect spend categories across architecture, interior design and visual merchandising. Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from market scouting to tender management, evaluation, negotiation and supplier selection. Coordinate and support contractualization, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables and terms. Oversee order execution and purchasing steps,



including PO issuance when required. Monitor supplier performance and foster strong, high-performing supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance principles and process transparency. Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement tools, reporting, spend visibility and collaboration across suppliers. Provide procurement support on transversal projects requiring cross-functional coordination across internal and external teams. Responsibilities Strong knowledge of indirect procurement processes from needs assessment to contracting and purchasing execution. Ability to manage multiple procurement categories in a fast‐paced, lean environment. Solid stakeholder management with credibility to engage with senior internal counterparts.
