Experteer Overview In this role you ensure asset availability and logistics effectiveness for military support operations in Kuwait. You manage receipt, storage, dispatch, and disposition of engines, LRIs, and related materials, aligning with contracted KPIs. You work with Avio Aero and Military Consortium Partners to optimize spares stock and oversee compliance, import/export, and transportation. This position offers a hands‐on role in a complex, international supply chain with a focus on mission‐critical performance.
Retribuzione / Benefits Define stock buffer requirements and review based on in-service experience
Maintain records of deliveries and consumptions to support KPI monitoring
Manage engines, modules and LRI pool accounting
Coordinate materiel replenishment and PO/ Procurement Requests with partners
Ensure export/customs/international trade compliance and coordinate transportation
Raise discrepancy reports and drive resolution with supply partners
Monitor preservation for shelf‐life materiel and pursuit of disposal when required
Receive and fulfil customer demands (exchange service) and coordinate returns with partners
Manage quarantine stores and container/STC exchanges
Contribute to cost accounting related to materiel procurement under contracts
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multinational environment
Technical reporting capability
Familiarity with SAP and bespoke IT systems
Strong understanding of supply chain design and spares pool optimization
Knowledge of fleet management, forecasting and reporting
Awareness of service availability vs inventory and cost
Knowledge of receipt/dispatch, transportation, packaging, export controls
Fluent Italian and English
