Experteer Overview In this Lead, Trial Delivery Management role, you drive study-level execution and cross-country delivery within R&D; Operations. You oversee trial documents, vendor activities, and feasibility-aligned planning to support globally scalable clinical trials. You manage risk reviews, issue resolution, and program-level training with cross-functional partners. Your work directly supports delivering innovative medicines and patient-focused trials at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Create and update critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP-related docs)



Manage vendor setup and day-to-day activities including SOW and budget oversight Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and align feasibility strategy with local teams Support development of program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D;/Medical Writing Contribute to trial-level operational strategies and risk mitigation Resolve trial-related issues and mitigate risks; participate in process improvements Assist during Health Authority inspections and help identify program-level risks and mitigation plans Mentor and onboard new team members in Trial Management Responsabilità BS degree or equivalent; Life Sciences background preferred Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience across multiple phases (Phase I-IV) and global trial support (2-3 years) Strong leadership and ability to work without authority in matrixed/global environments Excellent decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills Strong project planning, communication, and presentation skills Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others Requisiti fondamentali annual premio based on performance vacation days parental leave (minimum 12 weeks) bereavement leave caregiver leav
