In this role you will join the electrical controls team in Carugate (Milan) to enable safe, high-performing products for global markets. You will lead project scopes, evaluate products, and design test plans to meet normative requirements. You will collaborate with international clients and lab personnel, driving timely delivery and high quality. This position offers exposure to UL/IEC standards and a chance to influence safety and performance testing across multiple markets. Benefits Determine project scope and plan testing based on client requests and standards Draft test plans and specify sample requirements Operate within UL/IEC safety schemes and related standards Own project scheduling and communicate progress to clients Coordinate with laboratory staff to prepare tests and documentation Develop customized test setups for safety and performance testing Provide technical assistance to field and lab teams Represent as Project Handler and, when assigned, as Reviewer Drive continuous improvement and propose new or revised UL requirements Travel to client sites for testing or witness sessions and represent UL at industry events Responsibilities Min. 2 years of related work experience Ability to read electrical schematics and BOM Italian language C1 and English fluent Strong multi-project management and customer service skills Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and lab personnel to meet deadlines Good communication skills for international stakeholders Willingness to learn and apply standards to new product architectures Ability to work in international and multicultural teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
