Experteer Overview In this role you drive group business across corporate, incentive, social, and leisure segments for the Americas, upholding the brand's luxury standards. You will build and manage high‐value relationships with key clients and partners to deliver seamless, tailor‐made experiences. You engage cross‐functional teams to execute flawless group bookings and contribute strategic market insights. This opportunity lets you shape premium travel experiences while advancing a historic luxury hospitality brand. Retribuzione / Benefits Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group business aligned with luxury positioning and revenue goals Cultivate relationships with event planners, incentive houses, DMCs, luxury travel advisors, and corporate accounts Craft bespoke proposals and conduct tailored site inspections with attention to detail Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitability and superior guest experience Collaborate with Events, F&B;, Rooms Division, and Revenue teams for flawless execution of group bookings Maintain knowledge of market trends,
competitor activity, and global travel patterns for strategic leadership Update CRM systems with client interactions, pipeline activities, and sales performance metrics Reporting & Sales Performance Analysis Uphold brand values and act as an ambassador of heritage and service philosophy Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 4 years' experience in group sales within the luxury hospitality segment Proven track record of achieving or exceeding group sales targets in high‐touch environments Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations and behaviors Proficiency in Delphi sales system, Cvent, Opera Cloud a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset Requisiti fondamentali Meal vouchers (Buoni pasto) Medical insurance ALL HEARTISTS Card #J-18808-
