Experteer Overview In this role you will plan and coordinate end-to-end general cargo movements, ensuring timely, cost-efficient service. You will collaborate with sourcing, LSPs, and customs to manage orders from receipt to delivery and resolve issues. This position focuses on strategic sourcing support, transport execution, and claims management to optimize performance. The role offers opportunities to influence margins, supplier performance, and operational processes within a global logistics team. Retribuzione / Benefits End-to-end GC transportation planning and execution, including route verification, transport legs creation, LSP selection, and milestone monitoring Freight data management and invoice verification using SAP TM and related systems Involvement in spot RFIs/RFQs, bid analysis, and cost-approval processes for GC orders Support outbound and inbound customs operations with required documentation NCR management and issue resolution with LSPs,
including escalation and lessons learned Claims management for GC, including cost evaluation, contractual checks, and documentation to support settlements Supplier base management activities, including NCR follow-up, improvement actions, and performance prioritization General issue management for inbound/outbound orders and continuous process improvement Responsabilità >5 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Excel and SAP Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and data integrity Ability to analyze logistics data to identify issues and develop solutions Fluency in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Incentive Plan Lunch ticket or canteen Health Insurance Pension Fund Welfare Flexible working hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
