We are looking for a Regional Performance & Insights Lead
Lead the European Performance Hub.
Ensure standardized performance governance, deliver weekly executive-ready insights, and coordinate cross-functional actions across Brands, G10 Markets, Digital Operations, CRM/Lead Management, and Media Agency.
Act as the primary regional owner for full-funnel intelligence, enabling data-driven decision-making for Brand CEOs, Market MDs, and RMPE leadership.
Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Governance & Methodology
Own and continuously evolve the full-funnel performance methodology across G10 markets and Business Units (ProOne, Spoticar, Corporate Brands).
Define KPI logic, alert thresholds, funnel reading rules,
and standard templates used across Region.
Strong understanding of customer centricity, link of media expenses with orders.
Weekly Funnel Alerts & Diagnosis (monthly, quarterly)
Lead the creation and publication of Weekly Regional Alerts in both Brand and Market versions including RMPE leadership reporting.
Provide cross-functional diagnosis for all major performance movements:
Digital Experience (landing pages, offer visibility, UX issues)
Prioritize critical cases and ensure fast action in Tier 1/2 markets.
Strategic Insights & Executive Communication
Translate funnel signals into clear business recommendations for RMPE, Brands, and Markets.
Brand CEOs & Business Unit Directors
Market MDs & Sales Directors
Deliver concise, high impact performance narratives that support strategic and operational decision making.
Regional Performance Governance Rhythm
Lead the monthly and quarterly performanc
