Lean Project Specialist

In the role of Lean Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the Plant Manager and Head of Operational Excellence, activating continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring balanced execution pace in a fast‐growing international environment.
Responsibilities
Follow up on Lean Transformation initiatives across plants, engaging all functions at all levels.
Coordinate and sustain activities within Lean Transformation project streams, improving OEE, reducing waste, and promoting cultural change.
Map, improve, and standardize processes to enhance plant and machine efficiency using structured problem‐solving and RCCAs.
Support governance of the operational excellence program, including standardized work instructions, Gemba walks, visual management of KPIs, and recurring action‐oriented meetings.
Own the local KPI system, track progress, and report to the plant manager and the Operational Excellence central team, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Develop strong partnerships with cross‐function stakeholders and feed the central team's strategic roadmap.




Define and track the connection between operative KPIs and the plant's P&L; in order to align productivity with customer needs.
Qualifications
Strong interest in continuous improvement and operations.
Knowledge of lean management toolbox and methodology.
Strong analytical skills, problem‐solving attitude, and organizational abilities.
Proactive, motivated, and a strong team player.
Hands‐on execution mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Proficient in English.
