The Trade Marketing & Commercial Specialist is responsible for executing trade marketing strategies across assigned territories, ensuring effective in‐market activation and consistent execution across all channels. The role develops market‐specific activation plans, oversees in‐store visibility, and optimizes trade investments based on ROI and sales KPIs. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, the position ensures seamless alignment between commercial objectives and execution in the field. It requires strong analytical skills to manage performance metrics, budget accuracy, and activation efficiency. The role also includes a commercial management dimension, with a focus on supporting partners and optimizing distribution to enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities Execute trade marketing projects aimed at boosting sell‐out across key retailers, in collaboration with Sales, local distributors, and retail partners;
Analyze sell‐in/sell‐out data and key performance indicators to optimize product positioning, assortment,



and pricing; create and monitor KPIs to ensure ROI;
Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support existing and new product offerings, including merchandising, product demos, online presence, retailer events, and promotional activities;
Define visibility plans for projects (in‐store communication, merchandising, promotional activity, events);
Collaborate with HQ to forecast and coordinate marketing materials (catalogues, flyers, POS materials, window displays, etc.);
Support sales teams, providing trade marketing guidance, commercial insights, and execution support to drive sales and distribution;
Manage relationships with assigned clients and partners, including distributors and agents, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
Conduct gap analysis and implement action plans with local partners and key clients to achieve targets;
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Visual, and HQ teams;
