Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time team member responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Pelliconi’s closure solutions. This hybrid role is based in Ozzano (BO), with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
The Marketing Specialist will help create marketing materials, coordinate with sales and customer service teams, manage online and offline channels, and track campaign performance. The role also involves maintaining consistent brand messaging, organize and supporting trade shows and events, and preparing regular reports on marketing outcomes.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders and support client-focused marketing activities.
Proficiency in Market Research and Sales support to gather insights, identify opportunities, and align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
Experience in Marketing Strategy and campaign execution, including planning, implementation, and performance analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Atessa, managing time and priorities between on-site and remote work.
