MSDT - Management Services Associate (Building System) Grade: G-6 • Location: Rome, Italy • Application deadline: 16 July 2026.
Responsibilities Coordinate the work of others and provide guidance and training.
Qualifications Experience in electrical and mechanical systems operation and maintenance.
Experience in Services Contracts Management.
Experience working with Autocad software (reading, updating and annotating technical drawings).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard Office software packages and systems.
Experience working with teams across different functional areas.
Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., Archibus) is desirable.
Demonstrated sound understanding of WFP Management Services regulations, policies, procedures, processes, standards, and systems.
