Experteer Overview As Associate Analytics Manager and Sales Enablement, you will centralize and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights that guide commercial decisions. You'll rebuild the regional dashboarding and customer performance systems across Direct and Indirect geographies, enabling data‐driven decisions in sales, marketing and customer engagement. You will work with cross‐functional teams to translate analytics into practical actions that improve performance and outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape analytics tooling and reporting across multiple markets, contributing to better patient outcomes through smarter commercial strategies. complex datasets from internal and external sources to generate actionable insights; create reports and dashboards for strategic and operational decision‐making Develop and maintain customer‐level reporting based on leading and lagging KPIs; assess marketing campaign effectiveness and end‐to‐end lead funnel Engage management with deep‐dive analyses to improve sales and marketing execution; educate teams on interpreting data for action plans Participate in process optimization for sales and marketing operations; collaborate to leverage data and automation tools Provide guidance to sales teams on using analytics to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in a business analytics role; Medtech or Pharma industry experience required Fluent in English Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power and CRM analytics) Exposure to ERP systems and CRM platforms (SFDC) Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to work cross‐functionally and influence decisions; experience with international/cross‐country analytics #J-18808-Lj
