What you will experience in this position: Assist in the planning and execution of research projects.
Conduct experiments and tests to collect data.
Analyze data and assist in preparing technical reports.
Help with the design, development, and implementation of new and improved products.
Perform routine laboratory tasks, such as preparing solutions and maintaining equipment.
Perform manual tasks such as welding and connecting hydraulic fittings.
Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
Work closely with the research and development team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
Implement techniques for tests, defining methodologies, tools and best practices, necessary for continuous improvement.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials,



in-process products, and finished products, with a focus on new product development.
Qualifications: High School or equivalent education.
Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Lab Technician.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers.
Self‐motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Analytical skills and problem‐solving abilities.
Proficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
Compensation: Annual Gross Compensation Range: EUR40,000.00 – 48,000.00. Employee may also be eligible for short‐ or long‐term incentives, as governed by company plans and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
