In this role you will have the opportunity to drive strategy and shape integrated solutions portfolio through innovative offering development that address customer challenges . You will also showcase your expertise by defining solutions, pricing strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing profitability across global markets .
This role is global and contributing to the Electrification business, Smart Power division in the Agile Unit Distribution and Energy Management. Main stakeholders are Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D;, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering teams. In this role, you will be part of a fully autonomous and empowered Agile Team, focusing on Transfer Switching Solutions . You will report to the Solution Product Management Infrastructure Chapter Lead.

Conducting solution-focused market intelligence and portfolio gap analysis to identify emerging customer needs, competitive positioning, and new market opportunities; driving strategic decisions on solution development and lifecycle management to ensure profitability and market relevance.
Defining integrated solution specifications, value propositions, pricing strategies, and business plans for current and new solutions; monitoring solution costs and providing actionable insights to operations functions to maximize competitiveness and customer ROI.
Managing the complete solution lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, including setting performance metrics, planning enhancements or cost reductions, and overseeing stage gates for new development projects that address evolving customer requirements.
