Experteer Overview As an Associate at Hines, you will own the finance, accounting and tax aspects of investment vehicles tied to deal team properties. You will work closely with cross-border finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance and effective cash management. You’ll support acquisitions from a financial, tax and regulatory perspective, helping shape investment structures and funding arrangements. This role combines hands‑on financial stewardship with collaboration across internal and external partners to drive value and governance. - Oversee finance, accounting and tax for current and future investment vehicles;
supervise external administrators
- Ensure accurate day‑to‑day financial reporting and improve processes with external administrators
- Prepare quarterly/annual reports and financial statements;
manage auditors
- Oversee forecast accuracy, variance analysis and annual audited statements
- Manage capital statements, capital calls,



distributions and co‑investor reporting
- Oversee cash management and entity‑level payments;
coordinate with corporate platform
- Oversee local tax compliance and engagement of tax advisers;
KYC/AML oversight
- Oversee NAV calculation and compliance with investment vehicle facilities
- Review and negotiate financing/waiver amendments;
monitor facility agreements
- Support new acquisitions in finance, tax and regulatory aspects;
review underwriting assumptions;
negotiate agreements;
set up investment structures (REIF or SPV) and KYC coordination

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Business with specialist in accountancy
- Accounting qualifications and basic tax understanding
- Strong stakeholder management;
ability to lead internal projects and external advisors
- Highly structured and organized;
strong analytical and detail orientation
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Fluent in D
