Experteer Overview In this role, you will manage end-to-end commission processes for a global organization from our Bresso site, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payouts, and compliant reporting. You will collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, and Finance to align commissions with regional regulations and business goals. The position focuses on data accuracy, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of commission workflows. You will help shape the governance of commission programs across international teams, supporting SOX controls and cross‑functional initiatives.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Prepare, validate and load commission data across regions, currencies, and business units
- Coordinate timely commission payouts with Payroll, Accounting and Finance teams
- Assist in accruals calculations for financial statements
- Reconcile payments against sales data and investigate discrepancies
- Support international commission calculations ensuring compliance with local tax, currencies, and business objectives
- Respond to internal inquiries on commission matters




- Generate detailed commission reports/dashboards and provide management-facing updates
- Analyze commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Assist in SOX compliance monitoring and internal control procedures regarding commissions
- Identify and suggest improvements to commission workflows and test/validate related software systems

Responsabilità
- 2-4 years of experience in commission management, sales compensation, or financial analysis
- Master in Finance
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and troubleshoot commission issues
- Knowledge of accounting standards and sales compensation practices
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls relating to commissions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ski
