Within Customer Services, the Service Excellence & Customer Advocacy department is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the quality of Aftersales activities, while also contributing to the future evolution of the Sales environment. New resources will be integrated primarily into the Service Quality area, within a dynamic and transversal organization strongly focused on quality improvement and operational excellence. The department enhances service quality by improving the processes implemented by dealers and repairers, supporting standardization, simplification, and effectiveness of daily operations. A key role is also played by the continuous development and enhancement of portals, websites, and ICT tools used by dealers and repairers in their day‑to‑day activities, with the objective of increasing efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality. We are looking for a Project Manager & Power BI Reporting Specialist who can combine strong project management capabilities with a solid data and analytics mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end project activities while designing and delivering impactful Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data‑driven decision making.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating complex requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and deliver projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, budget and quality
- Manage daily project activities, stakeholders, priorities and dependencies
- Identify risks and issues, define mitigation actions and elevate when needed
- Ensure proper governance , documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
