Experteer Overview As an R&D; Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to developing innovative mechanical solutions for eyewear and eye care products. You will work within a cross‑functional R&D; team to design, prototype, and test assemblies, aligning with manufacturing flows and production specs. You will analyze design processes to reduce development time and translate client needs into concrete technical solutions. - Develop technical drawing packages for assemblies in line with manufacturing flows and production specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for product design, prototyping, and testing.
- Analyze fundamental principles to optimize design processes and shorten development time.

Responsabilità
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Experience in developing drawing packages for assemblies aligned with manufacturing processes
- CAD proficiency, with priority given to Autodesk Inventor
- Competence in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools
- Good working knowledge of English
- Strong active listening, critical thinking, and teamwork
- Knowledge of vacuum equipment and PVD processes
- Experience in automation and robotics
- Familiarity with Creo and SolidWorks
- Knowledge of SAP and Windchill PLM
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
