Experteer Overview In this role you will build and refine Python-based models for the Cloe EMS platform to analyze, simulate, forecast, and optimize energy systems. You will work cross-functionally to translate market rules and asset characteristics into data-driven models, while configuring platform representations of energy assets and scenarios. The position offers hands‑on modeling in a multidisciplinary environment with opportunities to contribute to market‑aligned tooling and energy asset optimization. - Develop, test, validate, and maintain Python-based models for analysis, simulation, forecasting, and optimization
- Support integration of modeling components into the Cloe EMS platform
- Configure Cloe EMS to represent assets, profiles, storage, market parameters, and optimization scenarios
- Study behaviour of energy assets (PV, batteries, industrial loads, flexible units, generation plants)
- Analyze energy data, market prices,



constraints, and model outputs to identify improvements
- Research electricity markets, ancillary services, demand response, and energy regulations
- Identify and assess external data sources and support their integration
- Collaborate with software, data, product, operations, and project teams to align modeling activities with needs
- Document models, assumptions, configuration choices, validation results, and decisions

Responsabilità
- Degree or technical background in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Automation Engineering, or related field
- Basic to intermediate Python knowledge for data analysis, modeling, simulation, or algorithm development
- Familiarity with data handling using Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
- Interest in energy systems, electricity markets, renewables, battery storage, smart grids, demand respon
