Mission
The position is part of the Brand Identity & Corporate Experience function and has the following objectives:
- Improve the management of all business trips and hospitality
- Organize the logistical aspects of corporate events and the Global Exchange Program

The mission of the role is to guarantee the well-being of traveling employees, both during business trips and during corporate events, ensuring compliance with the internal travel policy. The position will have to manage all aspects related to employee travel and hospitality, ensuring efficient travel experience in terms of quality-price, for all Vibram associates in the world .Workplace:

Job
Organization of business trips, hospitality and company cars in pool
- Manage the entire organizational process of booking, (airline tickets, trains, hotels, on-site car rental, issuing travel documents, etc.) evaluating and choosing the best choice based on the needs of each company function and internal policies
- Manage reservation changes, taking care to always ensure internal policies
- Supervise the mandatory travel documents and, if necessary, provide support to travelers in case of emergency
- Scouting new suppliers, in order to negotiate new agreements in the different company locations, in order to obtain advantages in the quality/price
- Help employees on business trips, ensuring that they are aware of the health and safety guidelines and act as an intermediary between the parties in order to safeguard the well-being of employees and the company
