You will play a key role in supporting Costa’s onboard revenue transformation,

Strategic Planning & Revenue Transformation You will act as a business partner for the Onboard Revenue function, contributing to the evolution of planning methodologies and processes. You will develop plans, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve how revenue is driven, bringing a proactive and forward‑thinking mindset.
Advanced Forecasting & Business Insights You will develop and leverage advanced forecasting models to predict demand and onboard sales trends, transforming raw data into meaningful business insights. You will ensure that analytical outputs are clearly connected to commercial strategy and decision‑making.
