Overview The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering personalized and memorable customer experiences, sharing storytelling about brand history and product craftsmanship, and building long‑lasting relationships with clients.Responsibilities
- Advise and support customers on all product categories to satisfy their needs and ensure an omnichannel experience.
- Act as a storyteller, suggesting and surprising, delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships and sales.
- Provide customers with information, including after‑sales product care suggestions.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through a proper client discovery process and bespoke experiences to foster loyalty and long‑term relationships.
- Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.
- Participate actively in customers’ events and promotions when needed.
- Build solid product knowledge, keeping updated with new arrivals, prices and stock availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory, with a fashion or linguistic focus.
- Fluency in Italian and English;
a third language is an advantage.
- Professional experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury boutique.
- Proficient with Excel and other IT tools.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, easy integration, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Team player mentality, with ability to work autonomously.
- Availability, flexibility, and dynamism to function in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for human values and strong aesthetic sense.
