Experteer Overview In this role you drive the segmented sales strategy for a luxury property, aligning efforts with the brand and Marriott’s upscale portfolio. You will lead day-to-day sales activities, cultivate long-term client relationships, and push revenue and guest-satisfaction targets. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement promotions and plans, while mentoring direct reports toward meeting personal and team booking goals. This position combines strategic leadership with frontline execution to elevate property performance and guest experiences.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develops and executes segment-focused sales strategies with the DOS-guided sales plan
- Leads aggressive solicitation programs to grow business across assigned segments
- Oversees promotions and promotional activities, both internal and external
- Sets and communicates booking goals for the sales team and monitors progress
- Joins sales calls with team to close new business or expand existing accounts
- Manages proposal creation, contract writing,



and customer communications for booked business
- Analyzes market data and collaborates with Revenue Management to meet financial targets
- Ensures exceptional customer service and feedback collection during pre/post-convention engagements
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and ancillary channels
- Ensures compliance with regulations and internal standards (HR, Engineering, Loss Prevention)
- Manages recruitment, onboarding, and training for sales staff

Responsabilità
- 2 years in sales/marketing or related professional area with a 2-year degree or 4-year degree with 2 years experience
