Experteer Overview In this role you will ensure accurate financial statements for GOSP and GCT, reporting to senior stakeholders such as the CFO, CEO, auditors, BoSA and BoD. You will coordinate local accounting operations across seven branches, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and support data quality and risk mitigation in financial reporting. You will help define processes, policies and lead automation initiatives, with on-the-job and formal training to progressively handle more complex tasks. You will work in an international team, leveraging ERP tools and robotic assistance to streamline operations.Benefits
- Coordinate local procurement and back-office services
- Oversee accounts payable operations per GOSP/GCT policies and IFRS
- Manage asset accounting and tax registers (VAT, Asset register)
- Provide treasury support:



manage payment requests and cash collection
- Support tax: collect and analyze for the tax consultant
- Contribute to periodic reporting package to Group Finance and assist data quality improvements
- Lead process definition and automation initiatives in accounting operations
- Coordinate with 7 branches across multiple countries to standardize financial processes

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Economic degree
- B2 English (written and spoken)
- C1 Italian (written and spoken)
- ERP experience, ideally SAP and Tagetik
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
