Job Summary Season 2026. At Russotti Gestioni Hotels Sp A we are seeking a professional Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our Delta Hotels Marriott Giardini Naxos team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures Housekeeping Attendants deliver the brand promises and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Conducts quality checks on works done by Housekeeping Room Attendants.
- Ensures clean and complete arrival and occupied rooms in a timely manner.
- Reports to Housekeeping Manager adverse guest comments.
- Reports to Housekeeping Manager lost and damaged items.
- Reports and follow‑up on repair and maintenance work.
- Conducts checks on Public Areas, F&B; outlets, offices and toilets.
- Ensures scheduled periodic works are carried out.
- Ensures the punctuality and appearance of all Housekeeping Room Attendants,



making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
- When manager is not present, participate to morning meetings of the Hotel and, consequently, report to Housekeeping Manager the issues covered.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal English.
