Experteer Overview In this role you support commercial decision-making for our Molecular Business Area by analyzing sales data and KPIs. You will collaborate with Italy and foreign subsidiaries to monitor performance, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You’ll work with ERP and consolidation tools to provide insights that drive commercial and financial decisions. This is a cross‑functional position that shapes budgeting, cost control, and month‑end processes in a global context.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Analyze sales data to support commercial decision-making
- Prepare monthly reports and track KPIs (budget deviations, ASP by product family, price and volume variances)
- Extract and analyze data from management systems (Dynamics NAV, SAP in the future, SAC)
- Support sales managers in Italy and subsidiaries with performance analyses




- Prepare annual expense budget and monthly forecasts for Italy and foreign subsidiaries
- Upload monthly sales data into BPC for consolidation
- Coordinate cost allocation by cost center in management accounting
- Monitor R&D; costs by project and report to VP R&D;
- Ensure compliance with expense and investment budgets and analyze variances
- Collaborate with Accounting to meet monthly closing deadlines
- Manage SOX controls within area of responsibility

Responsabilità
- Degree in Economics
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English;
French is a plus
- Willingness for occasional international travel
- Excellent command of Office applications, especially Excel
- Good team‑building skills
