WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Are you ready to join a dynamic and interdisciplinary team where your technical expertise and innovative mindset can directly contribute to advancing climate adaptation and resilience in urban environments? We are looking for a highly motivated and well‑organized Researcher in Geospatial Analysis & Data Integration for Climate Applications, with a strong background in Geographic Information System (GIS), spatial data infrastructures, and multi‑source data integration workflows. The ideal candidate has experience in the integration, processing, and analysis of geospatial, environmental, climate, and socio‑economic datasets to support climate risk assessment and resilience‑oriented decision‑making. The position requires expertise in spatial analysis, geospatial data management, interoperability across heterogeneous data sources, and data‑driven workflows supporting urban and territorial applications. The candidate should also have a sound understanding of climate data analysis, data‑driven modelling approaches, and climate risk and resilience indicators,



in order to ensure the scientific consistency of workflows integrating climate information with geospatial, urban, and infrastructure‑related datasets.
The candidate should demonstrate familiarity with GIS‑based modelling approaches, spatial databases, and data pipelines for integrating climate information with urban and infrastructure‑related datasets. Experience in digital platforms for climate services, geospatial visualization, decision‑support tools, and urban‑scale applications is considered an asset. Experience with data integration frameworks supporting climate applications, including the connection of spatial datasets and climate intelligence services such as DATACLIME, will be highly valued. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proactive engagement with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders are highly valued.
