We are looking for an ICT System Administrator to join our Treasury & Financial Markets Division in Biella, Italy. The successful candidate will support and evolve the reliable, secure and compliant IT infrastructure of the SFM team, with a focus on servers, monitoring, automation and AI‑based tools.Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of reliability, security and compliance for the IT systems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of server solutions, from installation to configuration and integration within the corporate infrastructure.
- Implement continuous monitoring tools to guarantee performance and security, acting promptly on any anomalies.
- Contribute to technological innovation through automation and AI‑based solutions to improve operational efficiency, analysis capabilities and response times.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as System Administrator with a proactive approach.
- Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell and Python.




- Excellent problem‑solving and realisation skills.
- Digital competencies and familiarity with AI solutions for troubleshooting, analysis and automation.

Preferred Skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.).
- Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
- Knowledge of data‑centre network architectures and protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP, etc.).

Working Conditions Hybrid model with flexible smart‑working and on‑site presence in Biella. In the initial phase a higher in‑office presence is required to foster effective onboarding and contextual understanding.
