Experteer Overview In this role you will provide technological support to Production and Tender activities while researching new technologies and innovative products to advance Trevi Group’s strategic goals. You’ll work closely with construction sites, suppliers, and academic partners to test, validate, and apply cutting‑edge solutions in foundations and soil improvement. The position combines field testing, data analysis, and collaboration with international tender teams to strengthen technical bids. You will participate in knowledge‑sharing activities and help shape R&D; plans to secure funding. - Provide technological assistance for study of execution procedures, operational instructions, data analysis, and field testing on site technologies
- Support construction sites in developing improved technological solutions
- Assist the Tender department in technological analysis of bids and proposals (Italy and abroad)
- Develop innovative products,

- Assist sites with testing related to execution procedures, products, tools, and innovative equipment
- Collaborate with universities, industry associations, and companies for R&D; of innovative solutions
- Participate as a speaker in internal and external technological update courses
- Attend conferences and events to promote developed technologies and enhance knowledge
- Draft research and development plans with supervisors to secure funding

Responsabilità
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
- Knowledge of the Foundations and Soil Improvement sector
- Understanding of equipment and instrumentation used in Foundations and Soil Improvement
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D civil and mechanical drawings
- Skills in processing and interpreting data from site activities
- Expertise in developing innovative products, technologies, and solutio
