- Contact the dedicated customer for instructions or reminders
- Process agent and early warning messages (network contact)
- Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel
- Handle anomalies or disputes
- Propose corrective and preventive measures
- Contact warehouse and other subcontractors




- Inform and advise customers on formalities of international movement of goods
- Communicate file status to hierarchical manager
- Monitor the quality of service center services
- Create SOPs when required to support the offshoring process
- Troubleshoot proactively to find suitable solutions for customers

Requirements
- A four-year BS/BA degree is preferred, not required.
- Prefer at least two (2) years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in customer service duties.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced office.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
- Candidate must possess a strong teamwork attitude.
- Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
