Bunge’s 18‑month Engineering Trainee Program across EMEA offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Bunge's industrial business operations. Recent or upcoming Engineering graduates with 0–2 years of experience and an interest in industrial operations are encouraged to apply.

Who We’re Looking For
- Graduates with 0–2 years of work experience interested in agribusiness or food production. Typical engineering backgrounds considered: reliability & maintenance, mechanical, electrical, automation, process engineering, chemical, project management, quality, food, manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and environmental sciences.
- Enthusiasts with an international attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Good level of English language skills required;
local language skills may be required in some locations.
